RESERVATIONS DURING OPEN HOURS

Bring your group to one of our regularly scheduled events and join in the fun. We will reserve tables indoors for parties with less than 40 people.  Outdoor spaces are first-come, first-served.  Outside beverages (water, alcoholic or non-alcoholic) and coolers, may not be brought in.  Self-catering is not allowed on Saturdays.  Special occasion food, such as birthday cakes, etc. may be brought in but we appreciate you purchasing meals from our Cantina on Saturdays.

Hours: Distillery Event Hours (12-5pm Fridays and 2-10pm Saturdays)

RESERVE THE SOCIAL HOUSE & COURTYARD

A large open space with access to our outdoor "Party Pad" and patios. Main bar & retail are also located in this building. ​

​Cost: $500/Hour (4 Hour Minimum) 
# of Guests: Indoors 70 People Seated + Unlimited Outdoors
​Bartending: $500 Bar Set-up Fee + $75/hr/bartender Hourly Rate
Availability:  Mon-Fri 
Table Inventory: 
6 - 60" Tables w/8 chairs each
3 - 6' Rectangle Tables w/6 chairs each
4 - Pub Tables w/4 chairs each

RENT THE SPEAKEASY

A renovated 1894 Sante Fe railcar providing privacy for your 3 hour reservation. Outdoor space includes patio seating, small stage, and fire pits.  No outside beverages allowed.  No outside food is allowed on Saturdays.

# of Guests: 10-15 People Indoors + Unlimited Outdoor Space 
​Bartending: Rental includes a bartender
Availability: Mon-Fri

RESERVE THE COOK SHACK

The Cook Shack has a covered area with 2 picnic tables and serving bar.  Patio seating under the windmill.  No outside beverages allowed.  No outside food allowed on Saturdays.  

​Cost: $750/Event (3 Hours)
# of Guests: 60 People  
​Bartending: Rental includes a bartender
Availability: Mon-Fri

PRIVATE TASTING & TOUR

We are happy to schedule a private tasting and tour for a minimum group size of 20 for $40/person.
