We're picky.
We all work here because we want to be here and we enjoy each other. It's a social thing for us and we open the doors to let our customers join in on the fun we are already having. There's no babysitter on staff to make sure you work hard. It's expected and has to come from inside you. There are three major requirements:
1. You need to have fun working on a team. We will always have your back and trust you will have ours.
2. You have to be able to see a need and take care of it. Like we said.....no babysitters here....
3. You must be able to work on Saturdays (Duh....but you would be surprised!)

We're fair.
We all do whatever is needed so no one outranks anyone else. Tips are pooled based on the hours that you work. Everyone is part of the tip pool, regardless of department.
We're part-time.
Since we are only open on Fridays and Saturdays, we haven't grown to need full-time positions (yet!). If we can promote from within, that is our preference. We understand that you probably work somewhere else during the week or go to school so we make our schedules a month in advance based on your availablity.
