FACILTY SERVICE TEAM

At Sledge Distillery, we create an atmosphere filled with laughter, great drinks, and unforgettable experiences. Our Facility Service Team plays a vital role in keeping the fun rolling! We’re looking for energetic, friendly individuals who can jump in and help make our space shine while ensuring our guests feel right at home.
What You’ll Do:

• Support the bar by restocking supplies and keeping everything running smoothly.
• Bus tables and maintain cleanliness throughout the facility—because a tidy space is a happy space!
• Pick up trash and help keep our outdoor areas looking beautiful.
• Build and maintain campfires to create a cozy ambiance for our guests.
• Monitor guest needs, ensuring everyone is having a fantastic time.
• Notify management of any customer concerns or issues, especially with children, to keep our environment safe and enjoyable.

What We’re Looking For:

• Energy & Enthusiasm: You thrive in a busy environment and keep the positive vibes flowing!
• Team Player: You love collaborating with others to create a seamless experience for our guests.
• Reliability: You show up on time and ready to tackle the day!
• Saturday Availability: We need you for 4, 6, 8, or 10-hour shifts between 10:30 AM and 10:30 PM.

• Ability to keep a keen eye on the details while staying engaged with guests.
• A friendly demeanor that makes guests feel welcome and cared for.
